Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a factory absolutely and we provide a factory-direct service.
 
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Different MOQ for different kinds of products, e.g. 500pcs for lacrosse balls, 3000 pcs for pet toys, etc. Contact us for more information about MOQ. Even lower MOQ is also acceptable for trial order.
 
Q: Is Mold charge refundable?
A: Yes, mold charge is refundable with certain quantity according to different product, e.g. Lacrosse mold charge is refundable with order quantity 200,000pcs per year.
 
Q: Do you provide free samples?
A: Yes, free samples are able to be sent for goods in stock and freight collect via UPS, DHL, or Fedex, etc international express. If we don't have samples in stock, sample cost is required for different products.
 
Q: Do you have R&D department?
A: Sure, over 10 professional staffs with much innovation in our R&D department to design, drew, mold-making, or something like that.
 
Q: Is your rubber material non-toxic?
A: The materials we use are natural and eco-friendly, which can pass test of phthalate, azo, cadmium, PAHs, lead, etc. Our rubber have passed FDA international standards and we are also ISO9001 and ISO14001 certified.

A: The payment term we accepted is T/T, L/C, Paypal, Western Union.

A: FOB, CNF, CIF, DDP, Ex Work(factory) usually, the other ways can be negotiated.

A: It depend on customers' requirement. Normal package seems like color boxes, poly bag with head-card, blister PVC, sealed PE bag, cotton pouch, mesh bag, etc.

A: Yes, the Third-party is acceptable for goods inspection. And of course, we have inspection staff in house who have much experience in rubber industry.
