2,What 's your paymnent way?
T/T to our company bank: 50% T/T in advance; Balance is finished before the goods ship out. If the amount is below the USD 1000.00; Please arrange the full amount in one time. Please understand we are not bear the bank transfer fee.
Paypal: As the amount below USD 1000.00, You may choose to pay it to our paypal account, It should be added extra 4.5% bank charge cost.
Western Union: We can accept the Western Union as the small amount. Please understand we are not bear the bank transfer fee.
3,When can I get a estimated price? What information do you need?
  For Book, We need to know the order quantity, the finished size, 
the pages, the printing colors, binding way.
  For Box, We need to know the order quantity, the box shape, 
finished or flat size, the printing colors, surface finishing .
4, Which shipping way is better for us?
The shipping way depends on the goods weight, Volume,  
By Express: It is better and fast if the weight are under 200kgs. But if the volume is larger than the actual weight.It should be calculated as the products size: 
Length × Width× Height ÷5000= Final weight/pcs.
By Sea: If the product weight is more tha 200kgs,and above 1CBM. 
It is competitve for you to ship the goods by sea. 
We can do the door to door service for you by Sea if necessary.
5, What's mean of Ex-works/FOB/ CIF/DDU/DDP
EXW:(Ex-works): It is only included the cost for the products.
FOB:(Free On Board):Included the export clearence & shipping cost to the exporter seaport.
CIF: (Cost Insurance and Freight):Included the shipping cost to the detination seaport with insurance.
DDU: (Delivered Duty Unpaid):Included all the cost from exporter address to the destination office 
except the import duty on the destination seaport.
DDP: (Delivered Duty Paid):Included all the cost from exporter address to the destination office 
and also included the import duty on the destination seaport.
6, How can we get a sample?
Please send us the printing artwork.
Normally, We should make a actual sample as your artwork. It should be approved by your company, then we can get the production. We will charge you the sample cost around USD 100.00- USD 200.00. If the sample is approved and make the mass
production order,the sample cost can be deducted from the total amount. So it is the free sample.
7,What's the format of the artwork?
PDF ,AI,CDR,PS,JPG. The artwork should be on or above 300DPI.
